Without a doubt. Our entire range of jewellery is 100% real and BSI Certified, whether it's yellow, white, or rose gold. Our diamonds and gemstones are also authentic and accredited. To authenticate our diamonds and gold, we have the SGL and IGI certifications.

What exactly is Cash on Delivery (CoD)?

Cash on Delivery (CoD) is a payment method in which you pay for an item in cash when it is delivered to you by a courier company.

Is there a COD option for all jewelry?

Only Solitaires, Jewellery, and Gold Coins up to Rs.49,999 are eligible for COD.

Why isn't the cash-on-delivery option available in my area?

The scope of courier companies limits our COD choice. You can search for availability after entering your pin code during the ordering process. If the CoD service is not available in your region, please choose another payment method.

Is there any extra fee for COD shipping?

No, our CoD service is free of charge.

Home Trial is a service that allows you to test our designs in the comfort of your own home. It is a free service with no obligation to purchase. All you have to do is choose your favorite designs and schedule an appointment at your leisure.Currently, Home Trial Service is done by virtual video call.So we will arrange virtual video Call at your appointment time on your comfortable application via. smartphone.

Which cities are this Home Trial service available in?

As we are currently doing this virtually so Home Trial Service available for all Maharashtra cities.

Is the Home Trial service free of charge?

Yes, there are absolutely no charges for Home Trial service.

How many different products can I try?

For Home Trial, you can choose up to 5 items. If you'd like to try a few more products, please call us and we'll be happy to assist you.

What if my preferred date or time slot isn't available?

In such circumstances, please call us and we will do our best to schedule an appointment at your convenience.

What is the status of our order?

When do I put an exchange order and how do I do so?

You can reach us via call or submit a request for an exchange on the joyaskart website.

If the exchange order has a higher value, how do I pay the excess amount?

It can be done via a manual payment link shared via SMS / email, or the balance can be paid as COD at the time of delivery.

How will I get the difference in amounts refunded?

The remaining balance will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made. In the case of COD, the difference will be transferred to the bank account information you provided to our customer service representative. Bank information must be sent only from the registered email address or mobile number.

Is it possible for me to exchange more than once?

You can not exchange your order more than once.

Is it necessary for me to share a certificate in order to benefit from the lifetime exchange?

Yes, a certificate would be needed to determine the current value of the jewelry.

How will I get my refund?

The remaining balance would be refunded to the same account that was used to make the purchase. If you pay by COD, the difference will be credited to the bank account you sent to our customer service representative. Bank information must be sent only from the registered email address or phone number.

How long would it take for my refund to appear in my account?

The refund balance will appear in your account in around 7 to 10 business days.
